  Job Specification

  1.Bachelor’s degree or above in tourism or related disciplines, with minimum 2-4 years’ working experience in related industries;

  2.Possess excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; met the English proficiency requirements of College English Test (CET) - Band 6 or Test for English Majors (TEM) - Band 8;

  3.Have high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is an advantage;

  4.Be an energetic team player with good interpersonal, communication, presentation, time and project management skills and excellent statistics analysis and problem-solving ability;

  5.Be smart, mature, self-confident, meticulous, patient, responsible, cooperative, initiative and independent with high level of self-motivation and innovative thinking;

  6.Able to work under pressure and internationalized atmosphere;

  7.Able and willing to frequent domestic and oversea travel;

  8.Preference will be given to candidates with destination knowledge in Europe, experience in MICE and travel industry, French speaking ability and study/travel experience in Europe or overseas;

  9.Immediate availability is highly preferred;


  Job Deion

  1.Provide timely support and handle the enquiries and requests (products, operation/technical, accounting and group bookings etc.) of local GSAs and travel agencies with headquarters;

  2.Identify the needs of local GSAs and travel agencies with sales visit, product trainings and face-to-face communication on regular basis;

  3.Assist local GSAs and travel agencies in developing and innovating new FIT package products and itineraries;

  4.Maintain and update internal contact database and reporting system;

  5.Prepare the sales/marketing proposal and report;

  6.Monitor the sales incentives/marketing plan, budget and campaigns (online/offline) with local GSAs;

  7.Organize and participate in sales calls, roadshows, workshops, product trainings and FAM trips;

  8.Coordinate the online training program with local agencies ensuring the content update and maximizing the participation rate;

  9.Enhance the relationships with local GSAs, travel agencies and travel trade partners;

  10.Establish new strategic partnerships and cooperation with travel trade partners (tourism offices, airlines, hotels, retail partners and travel agencies etc.);

  11.Work closely with marketing team for the production and distribution of newsletters, sales and marketing materials, product catalogues, brochures and press releases;

  12.Perform business trips with frequent domestic and oversea travel;

  13.Perform other occasional duties as
